Shire Woods' hand carved wands VERY rarely come up, as he mostly works to commission. But after the closing of a small shop he had stocked, this one came back into our hands.

This is reclaimed and treated applewood from a fruiting tree in the heart of England. The branch it came from laid abandoned for several years, as attested by the worm holes bored into it. All insects were finished with this piece when it was worked, and it has been treated to ensure longevity.
